Welcome Spring! We resume our open schedule starting Thursday, April 25 and will be open on Thursdays through Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., all other times by appointment. We invite garden clubs and other groups to tour our gardens and nursery. Always call ahead, even on open days, just to be sure we'll be here.
While making plans for your garden this season, check our plants page for what's in stock: hardy plants for rock gardens and water gardens, as well as tender and hardy cacti and succulents, perennials for sun and shade, shrubs and trees, all propagated on site. As always, we'll make sure that our customers leave knowing how best to plant and care of the plants that they take home.
Valentine Gardens is a great place to find treasures for your own home and garden as well as gifts for family and friends. In addition to plants, we have a mix of antiques and collectibles: stoneware, art pottery, ceramics, metal ware, cast iron, wooden boxes and crates, tools, and garden ornaments. We also have clocks, cookie jars, ceramics, glassware and many other items.
We're located on Sandy Hill in western Chester County, halfway between Philadelphia and Harrisburg, PA, just east of Lancaster County. We accept VISA and Master Card.
